Jeanette James Williams, 77, Longwood, Florida, transitioned , Friday, November 14, 2025  in Longwood, Florida. She graduated from Spencer High School on June 5, 1965, and went on to attend Florida A&M University, earning her bachelor's degree in Social Science in June 1968. Jeanette continued her studies earning her Master's degree in Counseling.  She was a Social Worker  for Florida Health and Rehabilitation Services, a counselor at Valencia Community College , a  guidance Counselor at Lake Orienta Elementary  and later being promoted to Counseling Director at Lyman High School.  Jeanette retired from Lyman after a stellar career of service.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband  of 57 years, Joseph Williams, and  two daughters, Julye M. Williams and Janice M. Williams, who reside in Bethesda, MD and Nashville, TN, respectively.
